Choose Your Device for Installation
Select the platform you use to receive the specific setup guide. We cover the most popular methods (M3U Link or XC Portal).
Smart TVs (Samsung / LG / Generic)
We recommend using the "Smart IPTV" (SIPTV) or "GSE Smart IPTV" app available on your TV's app store. This method often requires MAC address activation.
Install the Player App
Search your TV's app store (e.g., LG Content Store or Samsung Tizen Store) for "Smart IPTV" or "GSE Smart IPTV" and install it.
Get Your MAC Address
Open the installed app. Note down the unique **MAC Address** displayed on the screen. You will need this for activation on the app provider's website.
Activate & Upload Playlist
Visit the official app website (e.g., siptv.eu/mylist) on a computer. Enter your MAC address and paste your M3U link provided by your service provider. Click 'Upload'.
Refresh and Watch
Return to your TV, exit the app completely, and restart it. Your channels should now be loaded and ready to stream.
Amazon Firestick / Android TV / Google TV
The most flexible devices. We recommend "Tivimate" or "IPTV Smarters Pro" for the best performance and UI. For Firestick, you may need the 'Downloader' app.
Install Your Player
Search the Google Play Store (Android) or Amazon App Store (Firestick) for an IPTV player (e.g., IPTV Smarters Pro or Tivimate).
Launch and Configure
Open the app. It will prompt you to add a new user/profile. Select either **M3U Link** or **XC Portal Login**.
Enter Service Details
If using M3U, paste the URL. If using XC Portal, enter the Username, Password, and Server URL provided by your service.
Sync Channels
The app will connect to the server and download your channel list, EPG (TV guide), and VOD content automatically. Loading times may vary.
Smart STB (MAG Emulator) Setup
Smart STB is an application used to emulate a MAG set-top box on various devices, requiring portal activation.
Find Virtual MAC
Open the Smart STB app. Go to **Settings > System Settings > Device Info**. Note down the **Software MAC Address**.
Activate and Register
Visit the Smart STB website (e.g., smart-stb.net) on a computer, register your device using the Software MAC Address, and activate the trial or license.
Enter Portal URL
In the Smart STB settings on your device, navigate to **Portal Settings**. Enter the specific **Portal URL** provided by your IPTV service provider.
Reboot to Connect
Reboot the Smart STB application (usually under System Settings). It will load the new portal and display your channels.
Windows PC / Mac OS Laptop
For desktop streaming, the most reliable and common free players are **VLC Media Player** or the **IPTV Smarters** desktop application.
Download Player
Install VLC Media Player (www.videolan.org) or the dedicated 'IPTV Smarters' app for desktop (preferred for better channel management).
Load Playlist (VLC Method)
Launch VLC. Go to: **Media > Open Network Stream...** (Ctrl+N or Cmd+N).
Paste M3U URL / Credentials
Paste your full **M3U playlist URL** into the URL field and click 'Play' OR use the 'Add User' option in Smarters with your XC details.
Start Viewing
In VLC, press **Ctrl+L** (Cmd+L) to open the playlist. In Smarters, the channels will load automatically. Select your desired channel.
